Lake Ouachita Water Supply Project
Follow progress on the Lake Ouachita Water Supply Project, the largest infrastructure investment in the City's history. It involves creating a 60-inch tunnel through Blakely Mountain, what will be the longest 60-inch tunnel in North America, to tap into Lake Ouachita and gravity-feed up to 23 million gallons of water a day 17 miles to the new water treatment plant.
