Industrial Pretreatment Program

The Industrial Pretreatment Program (IPP) is a program mandated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The City of Hot Springs IPP is dedicated to ensuring the quality of the water discharged from Hot Springs wastewater treatment facility into Lake Catherine. In order to accomplish this, the IPP is required to address discharges from industrial and commercial users into the sanitary sewer system. View an Industrial Baseline Monitoring Report.
