Monthly rates and charges for water, wastewater, and solid waste services are established by ordinance of the Hot Springs Board of Directors. The rate ordinances include rate schedules for various classes of service based on such things as meter size, customer classification, and special services. Municipal utility billing policies and procedures are also established by ordinance and apply to all three municipal utilities.
