Customers are required to fill out an application for service
and pay a security deposit for water, wastewater, and sanitation accounts. Once completed, please mail the form along with your payment (do not send cash) for the required security deposit to:

You may also come to the our office, located at 324 Malvern Avenue, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. A customer service representative will help you with the necessary paperwork and set up your account.

Please complete the water turn on waiver
if you will not be home when your water is turned on.
If you no longer need service, call 501-321-6880 so that we can disconnect your service when it is convenient for you. We will need your forwarding address so that any deposit money not used to pay the final bill can be sent to you. For your protection, please have your social security number available so we can verify your account.
Transfer of Service
