We only accept personal checks from the state of Arkansas. No out-of-state checks will be accepted. Cashier’s checks and money orders are accepted and must be made payable to District Court. Please put your drivers license number and case number on the check.
Credit Card payments made in the Clerk’s Office must be made in person so that the user’s identification can be verified. The Clerk’s Office does not accept credit card over the phone.
If you are mailing your payment to the Court, you will need to provide sufficient information to ensure proper credit of the payment. Please include your drivers license number, citation number and/or case number. If these numbers are unknown, please make sure that your name, correct address, and daytime phone number are included so that you can be contacted with any questions that the court may have.
