Payment Options

Accepted Forms of Payment

District Court accepts the following types of payments:
  • Online Payments can now be made at https://pay.arcourts.gov.  You will need your payment plan number if you are set up on a payment plan.  This number can be claimed at the clerk's office.
  • Cash Payments are required for outstanding warrants for contempt, failure to pay fines, and failure to answer summons. No other form of payment is accepted to resolve an outstanding warrant. Restitution payments must also be paid in cash.
  • We only accept personal checks from the state of Arkansas.  No out-of-state checks will be accepted. Cashier’s checks and money orders are accepted and must be made payable to District Court. Please put your drivers license number and case number on the check.
  • Credit Card payments made in the Clerk’s Office must be made in person so that the user’s identification can be verified. The Clerk’s Office does not accept credit card over the phone.

Mailing Instructions

If you are mailing your payment to the Court, you will need to provide sufficient information to ensure proper credit of the payment. Please include your drivers license number, citation number and/or case number. If these numbers are unknown, please make sure that your name, correct address, and daytime phone number are included so that you can be contacted with any questions that the court may have.
