Please note: Animal Services is now a division of the Hot Springs Police Department, under the supervision of Sergeant Richard Harkness. This page is under revision and will soon be relocated within the Hot Springs Police Department webpage.

The Animal Services Department enforces city and state animal laws and provides educational material for schools, civic clubs, and other groups. The division operates a humane shelter and handles cases involving stray or harmful animals.
