Complete the application in either Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Word, then e-mail the completed form to any of the e-mail addresses included, or mail to the included PO Box address. If you cannot complete the form on your computer, print the form and fill out by hand.

If you are unable to download the online application, please send a letter to:

City of Hot Springs Purchasing

The letter should identify the product/service that the vendor offers; address; phone number, fax number and E-mail address. Brochures, catalogs or other descriptive material of the product/service offered are welcome. The city advertises in the local newspaper those bids that are expected to exceed $10,000. Bid openings are on selected Mondays at 2 p.m., 517 Airport Road.

No vendor shall provide a product or service to the City with a cost greater than $100.00 (excluding tax) without a City purchase order or existing contract. This does not apply to the use of the City's purchasing card. Each transaction with the City purchasing card is limited to $1,000.00, including tax.

City Occupation Tax

City ordinance 3836 requires every entity (person, firm, corporation, etc.) doing business in the city to pay an annual Occupation Tax. The tax amount is dependent on the nature of the business. The office that administers this tax is at
